A website for Phone Clinic, a phone repair shop in Zalău

Phone Clinic repairs phones in Zalău, Romania, and buys used ones. On the website we built, a customer has three paths: book a visit, send a repair request, or find out how much they would get for the iPhone they want to sell.

What we built

What a customer finds on phoneclinic.ro, on a computer or a phone.

  1. Booking a visit

From the home page, customers enter their name, phone number, phone model and the problem, then pick a day and one of the times available that day. The request goes out on WhatsApp, already written.

  2. Repair requests

On the Repair page, customers describe the phone and its symptoms and choose whether to bring it in or send it by courier; the shipping address appears right in the form. A summary shows the message before it is sent.

  3. Trade-in configurator

For iPhone 12 to 17, customers choose the model, colour, storage and network, describe the screen, casing and battery, and see an estimated price. Cracked phones and phones with liquid damage are sent for diagnosis in the shop.

  4. Fast payment or in 21 days

The offer comes with two options: fast payment, or payment in 21 days for a higher amount. The sale is completed on the site, with contact details, the IMEI, the bank account for payment and hand-over by courier or in the shop.

  5. FAQ grouped by topic

The services, the four-step process and frequently asked questions grouped by topic: booking, courier, parts, data and liquid damage, payment and paperwork.

  6. Policies and cookies

Terms, privacy, cookies and consumer protection information each have their own page, and the cookie banner lets visitors accept statistics and marketing separately.

Where the requests go

Every path on the site ends with a complete request, carrying everything the customer chose.

  • Bookings on WhatsApp

The booking form opens WhatsApp with a message to the shop: name, phone number, model, problem, day and time.

  • Repair requests

Repair requests arrive on WhatsApp too, with the model, symptoms, hand-over method and the time the customer prefers to be contacted.

  • Trade-in orders

Selling a phone ends with a form sent from the site, with the chosen configuration, the estimated amount and the hand-over method.

  • Call or WhatsApp

On the home and Repair pages, the WhatsApp button stays in the corner of the screen and the call button appears in several places, for anyone who would rather talk to the shop directly.
