Local SEO for businesses in Romania and abroad: we optimise your Google Business Profile and your website so that people nearby can find you on Google Maps when they search for what you offer. From 900 lei (≈ €180), as a one-off payment.
Description, contact details, opening hours including holidays, and your address or service area, filled in according to Google's rules.
The right categories
A primary category and secondary ones, chosen from what you actually do and what the businesses already on the map use.
Your services, described
Every service added to the profile, with a short description written in your customers' words.
Photos, ready to use
Real photos of your premises, your team or your work that you send us, selected and prepared for the profile.
Local technical SEO
Titles, descriptions and structured data on your website that tell Google what you do and where you work.
Consistent details everywhere
The same name, phone number and address or service area on your profile and your website, so Google never gets mixed signals.
When someone searches for “plumber near me” or for “dentist” plus a town name, Google usually shows a map with a few businesses above the regular results. Local SEO means working on both: your Google Business Profile, which gets you onto the map, and your website, which confirms to Google what you do and where.
The profile also has its own statistics: the calls, direction requests and website clicks that came from Google, so you can see whether the work is paying off.
Who local SEO is for
It makes sense for businesses whose customers are in the same area. Typical situations:
Customers come to you — a garage, clinic, salon or shop. Your address counts directly in the results.
You go to your customers — a plumber, electrician or cleaning company. The profile uses a service area and keeps your address hidden.
You show up when people search your name, but not your service. Usually the profile exists but is incomplete or in the wrong category.
You have an old profile, created by someone else or with details that no longer match: a different phone number, different hours, photos from years ago.
It isn't for businesses that only sell online, with no face-to-face contact: Google doesn't accept them on the map. For those, classic website and content SEO is what counts.
How Google picks the businesses on the map
Google states publicly that local results are based mainly on three factors. You can't pay for a better place on the map; ads appear separately, labelled as sponsored.
Distance
how close the business is to the person searching. Nobody can change this.
Relevance
how well your category, services and copy match what the person searched for.
Prominence
how well known the business is: reviews, mentions on other websites and directories, a website that performs well in Google.
The package works mainly on relevance; your website and your reviews add to prominence. The steps for creating and verifying a profile are in our Google Maps guide.
Google Business Profile optimisation, tied to your website
Your profile and your website support each other. The profile sends people to the website, and the website shows Google, in detail, which services you offer and where. If your website never mentions the town you work in, the profile has less to lean on.
When a website doesn't appear in Google at all, the cause is usually technical, and it gets fixed before any local optimisation. The common causes are covered in why your website isn't showing up in Google. If you don't have a website yet, the profile can work on its own at first, and a business website can be added later.
What affects the price
The package starts at 900 lei (≈ €180), as a one-off payment. What varies is your starting point:
Area
Less work
More work
Google profile
exists, is yours and just needs completing
doesn't exist, has duplicates or is claimed by someone else
Website
exists and we can edit it
has technical issues or sits on a platform that limits changes
Services
a few, easy to describe
many, each with its own description
Locations
one location or service area
several locations, each with its own profile
Photos
you already have real, recent photos
few, outdated or missing
You receive the final quote in writing, estimated in hours, before we start. Payment is a 30% advance and 70% on completion. Our prices are in Romanian lei; euro amounts are approximate.
What's down to you
Some of the work can't be delegated, because Google asks the owner for proof:
Verifying the profile. If Google asks for a video of your premises or your tools, only you can film it. We tell you in advance what it needs to show.
Access. The profile stays in your account. We get manager access, which you can remove at any time.
Reviews. You ask real customers for them. We don't write or buy reviews: it breaks Google's rules and can get the profile suspended.
The phone. The profile puts your number in front of people. If nobody answers, they usually call the next business on the list.
Working remotely, from Zalău
We're a web agency based in Zalău, Romania, and we work with businesses across Sălaj county, elsewhere in Romania and abroad, with projects delivered in 12 countries. Local SEO doesn't need a face-to-face meeting: the profile and the website are handled online, and we talk by phone, video call or email.
Google's rules for business profiles are the same everywhere; what changes is the area and the searches that matter, so keywords and service area are set around where you actually work. Everything we do is visible in the client portal: hours worked, what's finished and what's next.
After the starter package
An optimised profile is the foundation. Rankings then build over time through activity: new photos, posts, reviews and replies to them. You can do this yourself or through the Maintenance + Content plan, at 550 lei (≈ €110) a month.
The plan also tracks 10 local keywords, such as your service plus your town, so you can see month by month whether the work on your profile and website shows up in Google. It's optional and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
First step: a free audit
If you already have a website, run our free SEO audit: 30 checks plus speed measured by Google, with a PDF report by email in about a minute. The audit looks at your website, not your Google profile; we check that when preparing your estimate.
Then send us your business name and town. We reply with an estimate in hours and a price, usually on the same working day.
Pricing
The price goes up if the profile has to be created from scratch or recovered, if you have several locations or many services to describe, or if the website needs technical fixes before local optimisation.
Projects are paid 30% upfront and 70% on completion. You get a written estimate in hours before we start.
Plans are invoiced monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Unused hours don't roll over.
We learn the business, the audience and the competition, then set measurable goals.

Frequently asked questions
Can you guarantee first place on Google Maps?
No, and nobody honestly can: the order on the map also depends on where each person searches from. What we promise is a complete, accurate profile, a website aligned with it and, if you choose the monthly plan, rankings measured every month.
Can I appear on the map without premises open to customers?
Yes, if you travel to your customers: the profile uses a service area with no public address. If you work only online, Google doesn't accept the profile, so we focus on your website instead.
Do I need a website for local SEO?
Not strictly; a profile can exist on its own. But a website describing your services and area gives Google more reasons to show you, and gives customers more detail before they call.
When will I see results?
The profile goes public once Google has verified it; how long that takes is up to Google and varies from case to case. Rankings for general searches, such as “electrician” plus your town, build gradually through reviews and activity, and nobody can promise them by a set date.
Do I have to continue with the monthly plan?
No. The starter package is complete in itself, and the profile stays yours. The plan is an option for anyone who wants the profile kept active without handling it themselves.
Could you write a few reviews to get us started?
No. Reviews written by the business or paid for break Google's rules and can get the profile suspended. They have to come from real customers; on the Maintenance + Content plan, we reply to them for you.
