Websites rarely break overnight. They wear down: a postponed update, a contact form that quietly stops sending, an old price left on a page, a backup that isn't there when you need it. With a maintenance plan, the technical side is checked every month, and new prices and copy go live without you logging into the admin panel.
It's for businesses that already have a website and don't want to look after it themselves. A few typical situations:

Both plans share the same technical base: backups, updates, monitoring, monthly checks and a report. The difference is how many hours you get for changes and how much we work on your visibility in Google.

If your Google profile isn't set up properly yet, start with local SEO and Google Business. Maintenance + Content then carries that work on, month by month.
The included hours are for content changes: a new price, holiday opening hours, a new colleague on the team page, a rewritten paragraph. You send the request, and in the portal you can see the hours worked and what was done.
For anything that isn't a content change or goes beyond the month's hours, such as a new feature on the site, you first get an estimate in hours and price, usually the same working day. We start only once you accept it.
Once a week we take a copy of your website and store it off the server it runs on. If the server has a problem, the copy is safe somewhere else.
We use it when an update breaks a page, when the site is compromised or when something is deleted by mistake. Restores are part of the plan. Because backups are weekly, a restore brings the site back to the last copy, so changes made since then may need redoing.
If we didn't build your website, we don't start the plan straight away. We look at it first: what platform it runs on, its versions and extensions, whether backups exist, and whether forms and emails arrive where they should.
Then we tell you what we found and whether we can take it on. If it needs fixing first, we estimate that in hours and price, like any other job, so you know the cost before we begin. In the meantime, for a free first look, our SEO audit runs 30 SEO checks plus speed measured by Google and emails you a PDF report in about a minute.
The plan is invoiced monthly, with 14 days to pay, and renews automatically. To end it, give us 30 days' notice. You can also pay upfront for a period agreed in your quote, if you'd rather not pay every month. Prices are in Romanian lei; euro amounts are approximate. We work with businesses and individuals alike.
We're based in Zalău, in north-west Romania, and work remotely. Maintenance doesn't need meetings: you send requests from the portal or by email, and anything more involved we talk through by phone or video call.
